Our three core values — Family, Fairness, and Fearless — guide everything we do. We see ourselves as one big family, built on kindness and belonging. We believe in fairness, ensuring every child has the opportunities and support they need to thrive. And we encourage our children to be fearless: to try new things, to keep going when learning feels tough, and to believe in themselves.

 

Like any family, we’ve faced challenges together. Following the fire that disrupted our school, the resilience, kindness, and strength of our children, staff, and families shone through. Together, we rebuilt not only our classrooms but also a renewed sense of community and pride.

 

This journey makes our recent Outstanding Ofsted even more special. It recognises the love, hard work, and dedication that go into making Rodmersham a truly exceptional place for children to grow, learn, and flourish.
